Established in 2001, we have developed a portfolio of 18 properties. A number of these have recently been sold to specialist REIT, PHP Limited, where we retain substantial shareholdings
We presently own four properties which we continue to hold for investment. It is our intention to develop and retain a portfolio of modern office surgeries
Because we own the properties that we develop we have a long term partnership with our customers and ensure that any defects that might emerge even years after the build was completed are quickly and effectively repaired
